My supper tonight . . .

This is what I ate today:

6 mile run burned 600 calories this morning

breakfast: 1 banana, 1 breakfast bar

lunch: 4 cups of trail mix

supper: (this is where it gets good) 3 McDoubles, large fry and a chocolate sunday
